Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Purpose
These general conditions define the terms of passenger transport services provided by E.Motion VTC 13.
Article 2 – Booking and cancellation
Any booking is considered firm once confirmed in writing (SMS, e-mail or signed quote).
- Cancellation more than 24h before: no penalty.
- Cancellation between 24h and 12h: 50% charge.
- Cancellation less than 12h or no-show: 100% charge.
Article 3 – Rates
Applicable rates are those communicated at the time of booking. Tolls, parking fees and other additional costs are at the client’s expense, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
Article 4 – Payment terms
Payment is made exclusively by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.
Any late payment will result, after formal notice, in the application of legal interest as well as reimbursement of any collection costs.
Article 5 – Additional charges
A higher rate applies during specific periods:
– 50 € / hour incl. VAT for hourly bookings at night, from 9pm to 6am.
– 50 € / hour incl. VAT for hourly bookings on weekends and public holidays.
For per km rides, a surcharge of 2 € incl. VAT / km also applies during these same periods.
Article 6 – Liability
E.Motion VTC 13 undertakes to provide services in accordance with professional standards and to ensure passenger safety and comfort. However, the company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic jams, weather conditions, roadworks, etc.).
Passengers’ personal belongings remain their sole responsibility.
Article 7 – Special conditions
Animals are not accepted on board, except for guide dogs in accordance with regulations. Seatbelts are mandatory for all passengers. Any damage caused inside the vehicle will be charged to the client.
Article 8 – Delays and waiting time
The driver will wait for the client at the agreed meeting point. In case of client delay, an additional fee may apply (charged per 15 minutes).
